Yeast kidnapping
There's another of the occasional discussions about yeast culturing over at http://www.jimsbeerkit.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=20789 . I'm going to try culturing up the sediment from a bottle of homebrew. It should be as good as ever.
